  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery time, or that your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the delivery date indicated in the tracking information.

Return this item free of charge

Free returns are available for your chosen delivery address. You can return the item for any reason within 14 days in new and unused condition: no shipping costs.

Which customers receive the goods free of charge?

New customers from Germany receive the goods with free shipping. Customers from Switzerland and Austria are excluded from this.
